My Story

I Have Lived
Everything I Teach

For more than two decades, I fought my body. I ate less, walked more, tried every diet. I lost 2–3 kg. Then gained it back. Over and over. I thought I was broken.

After 45, losing weight became even harder. My energy disappeared. My body changed in ways I didn't understand. By 50, I was exhausted β€” physically and emotionally.

Then I discovered the truth nobody had told me: women over 50 need adequate protein, strength training, and mindset work β€” not less food and more cardio.

Within months of changing my approach, I felt stronger, lighter, and more energetic than I had in my 30s. Today I feel healthier β€” mentally, emotionally, and physically β€” than at any point in the past 20 years.

Nutrition & Protein

Based on the Protein Leverage Hypothesis from the University of Sydney: during perimenopause, your body's demand for protein increases. If protein needs are not met, your body drives you to overeat carbohydrates and fats.

The solution is not eating less β€” it is eating right. Adequate protein intake of 1.2–2.3g per kg of body weight daily supports muscle preservation, satiety, and metabolic health.

Based on Dr. Stacy T. Sims, PhD (Stanford exercise physiologist): women in perimenopause and menopause must prioritize lifting heavy. Not walking. Not gentle yoga. Heavy lifting.

I go to the gym three times a week β€” deadlifts, squats, bench press, overhead press, barbell rows. Every rep is an investment in your future strength and independence.

About Your Coach

Hi, I'm Moji β€”
and I have lived everything I teach.

I was born in Mongolia and have lived in Munich, Germany since 2012. I speak Mongolian, German, and English β€” and I work as a certified educator while building this coaching business for women who deserve better than the advice they've been given.

I spent 20 years fighting my body with diets, restriction, and endless cardio. At 50, I discovered what actually works: protein, heavy lifting, and inner calm through meditation. The transformation has been remarkable β€” and now I guide other women through the same reset.
