For more than two decades, I fought my body. I ate less, walked more, tried every diet. I lost 2β3 kg. Then gained it back. Over and over. I thought I was broken.
After 45, losing weight became even harder. My energy disappeared. My body changed in ways I didn't understand. By 50, I was exhausted β physically and emotionally.
